Perfect Pillars™ designs and offers reusable pillar candle products for homes, weddings, events, venues, professional designers, retailers, and other applications.

The Website provides information about Perfect Pillars™, our products, collections, brand, and services.

Purchases are currently completed through third-party ecommerce platforms, including Shopify and Faire, rather than directly through theperfectpillars.com website.

You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

• Use only approved tea light inserts specifically designated for use with Perfect Pillars™ products. 
• Do not use unapproved candles, inserts, fuel sources, or other heat-producing products. 
• Never leave a burning flame unattended. 
• Keep burning products away from children, pets, and flammable materials. 
• Place Perfect Pillars™ on a stable, level, heat-resistant surface. 
• Do not modify or alter the product or use it for any unintended purpose. 

Use of an unapproved tea light insert or heat source may create a fire, heat, or product-damage hazard and is not an intended use of Perfect Pillars™ products.

Perfect Pillars™ currently directs customers to third-party platforms to complete purchases.

These platforms may include:

• Shopify for consumer and direct-to-consumer purchases 
• Faire for wholesale purchases 

When you leave theperfectpillars.com and complete a purchase through a third-party platform, the transaction is subject to the applicable platform's terms, policies, and purchase conditions, as well as any applicable Perfect Pillars™ product, shipping, return, refund, or warranty policies.

Shopify and Faire operate independently from Perfect Pillars™ and may have their own terms, privacy policies, payment systems, shipping policies, and dispute-resolution procedures.

Product pricing, availability, promotions, discounts, and other purchasing terms may change without notice.

Prices displayed on third-party purchasing platforms may differ from prices displayed elsewhere due to promotions, wholesale arrangements, shipping costs, platform policies, or other factors.

Any purchase is subject to the price and terms displayed at the time the order is placed.

We reserve the right to correct pricing or other errors in product listings.

Shipping and delivery terms applicable to a purchase are generally provided through the third-party platform where the purchase is completed.

If you purchase through Faire, Faire's applicable terms and applicable Perfect Pillars™ wholesale policies may apply.

Any express warranty or guarantee offered for a Perfect Pillars™ product will be provided with or alongside the applicable product and will specify its terms and limitations.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any warranty or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

All content appearing on the Website, including but not limited to:

• Product names 
• Product photographs 
• Product designs 
• Graphics 
• Illustrations 
• Videos 
• Written content 
• Website layout and design 
• Marketing materials 
• Trademarks and service marks 

is owned by or licensed to Perfect Pillars™ and/or its respective owners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Perfect Pillars™ and related logos, names, designs, and marks may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or used commercially without prior written permission.

Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of or a license to Perfect Pillars™ intellectual property except as expressly stated.

Perfect Pillars™ may allow visitors or customers to submit photographs, reviews, testimonials, comments, social-media content, or other materials ("User Content").

You retain ownership of User Content you submit.

By voluntarily submitting User Content to Perfect Pillars™ for potential publication, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to reproduce, display, publish, modify for formatting purposes, and share that content in connection with our business, marketing, Website, social media, advertising, and promotional activities.

You represent that you have the right to submit the content and that your submission does not violate another person's rights.
